As you prolly know i was part of EMD led by Xeno who stupidly stole JK's tracks and made a 60-90 ranked server. When i found out, i emiediatly changed names of my Raceing accounts from Miksta to Spider, considering Miksta has been my nick since TM origional this was quite hard. I left the clan emiediatly also and want nothing to do with them, this is why i aplied to Linkin, ive had tons of fun with you guys also since applying, but i got banned today for trying to log on my 1st account, then they banned my 3rd. Ive made lots of effort to contact jk and @lt clan to apolagise for beeing in a clan that stole tracks, i even pm'd JK in game 2-3 times, before he IP banned me without a reply. ive got quite a few @lt on my buddy list even, and sent them mails about the situation but again no reply. I race before and after my work, my goals are 90k lp then record hunting, i find this fun, especially if other linkins are in server, but with jk and @lts constantly banning me for somthing someone else did is really getting to me This is the only game i play and if i cant play Speed fun servers with tracks i enjoy and people i have fun with, im starting to wonder is there a point of continuing, I know you guys cant do nothing about it, but is annyone good friends with someone in @lt that can maybe link this post to them, i really dont want to keep getting banned  Sorry for the long post, i hope you understand my fraustration at the moment. As far as I know permanent bans are not allowed by Nadeo ... especially for 90k servers. And JK had already a lot of problems because of that. Otherwise getting in contact with Nadeo won't help you out, because they would take the server down and I guess that is not the action that you have in mind  So there are two possibilities: 1. Chriszly can take some actions ... (like mentioned above) 2. Time will tell ... (means your ban should be temporarily ... you have to wait a week or so) Gandalf |

I dont want speed fun servers takeing down, i just want jk to realise that hes hurting alot of inocent racers cause of one guy (xeno) thanks for reply Gandalf

its been 2 weeks now, and my friest account is perma banned, then when i log 2nd or 3rd they ban me again. I dont want speed fun servers takeing down, i just want jk to realise that hes hurting alot of inocent racers cause of one guy (xeno) thanks for reply Gandalf Is Xeno's (EMD?)-Server still on with JKs tracks running?? If not, I don't see any reason to ban EMD-members any longer (if you define running a server as a "clanaction", which is highly questionable in my opinion). So the bans should be history soon ... If the SF-servers are necessary for you, well consider another account which may be a "Linkin" if you survive the trials ... If not, there are other servers that are good enough

and then you should know that JK isnt interested to the opinions of other guys and he will never admit that he made a mistake in his opinion his actions are right and when you say something against it you have to suffer so i dont think anything will change your situation  |

your first account is free after 140 hours . jk would have to reboot the server to cancel the spell, the he does not. but after 140 hours, is also released your first account . mfg chris |

i have had the same problem as spider-i too was in emd until the above mentioned problem occured.the second i realised what had happened i told xeno i wanted nothing more to do with the team and promptly left! i too have been banned from all speed fun servers and have been for 2 weeks. i enjoy getting to 90k and like roc-if i up my game i may even be able to regain my gbr number 1 position(thnx for pinching it spider ;P lol) the one thing im missing is a reliable team to race with. i get on well with geronimo, bytor and chang as well as spider and would like to be part of the linkin clan-if someone could let me know if i am welcome it would be greatly appreciated-i only have one tm account and am still feeling a bit sore for being banned when all i ever am is considerate to others and stick to the server rules hope to be racing with you soon richywho |

of course your application is welcome as you are interested in joining Linkin I don't know if you're already familiar with the joining procedures. If not, you receive all necessary informations here: http://www.linkinclan.de/index/board/thread/where/2/start/0 Just scroll down and you'll find the english version. At the moment our joining section is closed because we have a limit of 5 joins per month. The joining section will reopen on Feb. 1st which means who comes first will be trial first ... So hopefully you're patient enough ...
